IMHMAC RS rigid stranding lines are designed for large cross-section conductor production and heavy-duty armoring processes. Built on the principle of a robust frame and long service life, they combine high speed with millimetre-level stranding precision in large-diameter cable manufacturing.
The single-block rotor structure and stress-relieving process minimise mechanical wear. European-sourced bearings and housings that are widely accessible support fast and reliable maintenance. Pitch precision is maintained at high production speeds, while ergonomic loading platforms support safe operation. Optional pay-off bobbins are available in 400, 500, 560 and 630 mm sizes.
