Product overview
Designed to achieve a flawless insulation surface and a permanent cable form in high-speed extrusion lines, our progressive cooling technology prevents thermal shock in hot plastics. Stainless steel water-contact surfaces support durability, while multiple temperature zones with PLC-managed PID control create the right cooling profile for PVC, PE, XLPE and HFFR polymers. A motorised telescopic first section allows fast adjustment to the extruder crosshead. Closed-loop circulation with automatic water-level sensors and temperature valves supports efficient water use.
